Akrivis Law Group, PLLC Partner Farhad Alavi has been elected to the national Board of Directors of the Iranian-American Bar Association (IABA). Mr. Alavi previously served on the same Board in 2008 and 2010 as well. The IABA was founded in 2000 in Washington, DC as a non-political, non-religious professional association. It has chapters not only in Washington, but in Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego, and San Francisco.
