Victoria Budhan is an Associate in Akrivis Law Group’s New York office. Her practice focuses on White Collar Defense and Commercial Litigation as well as complex regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.
Ms. Budhan assists firm partners on matters concerning to litigation and defense, as well as on U.S. sanctions compliance. Prior to joining Akrivis Law Group, she served in several legal capacities including as legal intern at Kroll Inc., legal intern at Sethi Clarity Advisers and student member at the New York City Bar Securities Litigation Committee.
