Akrivis Law Group, PLLC Managing Partner Farhad Alavi will speak on U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) at the American Conference Institute’s 10th Annual FCPA Bootcamp Conference in Houston on January 26, 2015. Mr. Alavi will specifically be a panelist on a discussion regarding the application the FCPA can potentially have on business with Iran once the P5+1/Iran Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) regarding Iran’s nuclear program is adopted.
